Mr. Turbo is ready for his forever home! Turbo has loved everyone he has met and is getting along perfectly with his doxie foster brother. This cutie is 11 years old, and he looks and acts young. He weighs in at 13lbs, though it would be best for his back to lose a few pounds. He walks well on a leash, rides nicely in the car, and has no health concerns. He enjoys playing fetch, sniffing around his yard, and cuddling up on the couch with his people. He is a shadow who will follow you everywhere! He especially loves men, but also bonds well with women.
Turbo's only request is a home with no small children - he was surrendered from his previous home because the 2 year old toddler was not respectful of his space, and he was reactive to the hitting and pulling. He has very mild separation anxiety – he will occasionally bark or whine for a minute, and then goes to sleep and is fine, however he will often pee when he is left alone. So he needs to be left with a pee pad and his family will have to be patient and help train him to his new surroundings and routines. He doesn’t have accidents when his people are home, so ideally he would go to a home where someone is home most of the time, but it is not a requirement.
